We make sure that any maintenance and improvements required gets done quickly by one of the experienced qualified tradies in our network. Rates are competitive, no job is too big or too small.
Rent isn’t optional. We have a zero arrears policy and monitor rent arrears on a daily basis, and if for some reason a tenant misses their payment it is dealt with that same day. At the end of each month you will receive your detailed statement with rent payments made and any outgoing costs.
