We make sure that any maintenance and improvements required gets done quickly by one of the experienced qualified tradies in our network. Rates are competitive, no job is too big or too small.
Rent isn’t optional. We have a zero arrears policy and monitor rent arrears on a daily basis, and if for some reason a tenant misses their payment it is dealt with that same day. At the end of each month you will receive your detailed statement with rent payments made and any outgoing costs.
We know the rules and how to stick to them. Healthy Homes Standards for rental properties became law in July 2019 so it is important that your property is compliant and ticks all of the boxes. We can help arrange any works needed to get it to the required standard.
We will review the rent annually and at tenancy renewal time to ensure that you are getting the maximum return on your investment. The market is always changing so you don’t want to get left behind!
