  • 1. Market Appraisal

    Wondering what your property might rent for? We will arrange a time to meet with you at your property and then use our professional experience and knowledge as well as research tools to complete our Market Rental Appraisal. We will also include any suggestions and recommendations to maximize your potential rental return.

  • 2. Communication

    What makes us great Property Managers? Good relationships with our tenants and owners with the ability to resolve any problems quickly and efficiently. We always keep you up to date and in the loop so you know your property is in safe hands. We are on the end of the phone even at 10pm on a Friday night so you don’t have to be. Communication is key and we have this down to a fine art.

  • 3. Rent Collection & Reviews

    Rents are paid weekly in advance and reconciled on a daily basis into our dedicated trust account. We have a zero arrears policy soif a rent is missed we don’t stop chasing it until it is paid. Rent reviews are carried out on an annual basis.

  • 4. Maintenance & Repairs

    All repairs and maintenance can be organised on your behalf. We have a vast contact list and strong relationships with all of our tradespeople to get your job done efficiently to a high standard. Our owners can relax knowing that any repairs and maintenance are being tended to efficiently, to a high standard and at a competitive price.

  • 5. Advertising, Viewings and Vetting

    We organise everything from professional high quality photography, right through to organising and hosting your home viewings. We operate an online application form that is easy for prospective tenants to complete. Once an application is received we carry out all the important credit and reference checks. Once these are complete we will give you a call to discuss and find the right tenant for your property.

  • 6. Inspections & Reporting

    We know how important it is to monitor and report the condition of your property. A thorough opening inspection will take place the day prior to new tenants moving in. Routine inspections are done 4 x per year to keep up to date with insurance requirements. Tenants are always involved in the inspection process as this is a great time for them to communicate any maintenance or issues at the property. All inspections are available on the online owner portal 24/7.
